Shipping & Handling

All orders (including express shipping) must be completed before 2PM EST in order to be processed on the same day. Note that we cannot send packages on Saturdays, Sundays and USPS Holidays.

In 2006, 98% of Hivox Product orders were shipped the same business day! We hope to beat this in 2007! In the unlikely event of a back order, a customer service representative will contact you within 2 business days.

We strive to give you the best possible service:

Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2-3 business days.
Please note that packages cannot be sent to a P.O Box.

All Express Mail, FedEx and UPS orders are waived from signature unless otherwise instructed via comments in your order form, by email or phone.

If additional shipping costs are required for shipments outside the U.S., our customer service department will contact you by e-mail ONLY. Prices quoted and charges do NOT include customs or other exporting/importing fees - please read the international shipping policy for more details.

Express Shipping Services

All orders with express shipping must be completed before 2PM EST in order to be shipped the same day. Packages cannot be sent to a P.O Box.

Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours.

We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or other applicable US holidays.
 

Canada Shipping & Handling  

please e-mail us at service@hivoxproduct.com  for expedited service to Canada. Note that the shipping fee will be significantly higher and depends on the applicable UPS rate at the time.

Please note that for all Canadian shipments, Hivox Product will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Hivox Product will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Hivox Product will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in Canada may charge.

Canada orders require a special fee to be applied to the order so please contact our representatives at Service@hivoxproduct.com get more information about this.

International Shipping & Handling

All International shipments are sent via USPS Global EXPRESS Mail (where service is available).

A tracking number will be given to you upon sending the package - remember, 98% of our orders are processed and sent the same business day!

Brokerage fees, import tariffs, customs duties, customs clearance fees and value added taxes, as well as other local taxes, may apply to international orders and are assessed by customs authorities at the time of delivery. www.hivoxproduct.com does not calculate these fees at the time of order, and they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please inquire with local customs authorities for more information regarding applicable fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser on all returned orders. Refunds will be for the merchandise amount only. www.hivoxproduct.com cannot refund any duties, taxes or fees paid on the order.

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Hivox Product will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. Hivox Product will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Hivox Product will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Hivox Product will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with the appropriate authorities before ordering.
